Second, how much money can be compensated?

The central government subsidizes the project counties (cities/areas) with 10-20 million yuan each, and the specific amount and way of subsidy is arranged locally (that is, each county's subsidy project and subsidy amount are different), and the subsidy is basically accounted for according to the amount of straw digested (tons), and the amount of subsidy varies from 10,000 yuan to 10 million yuan for each project.

Some of the main grain-producing areas and crop straw burning problem is more prominent in the provinces to carry out comprehensive utilization of crop straw pilot, appropriate to expand the scope of the pilot, the implementation of the whole county to promote.

Implementation areas are: Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Shandong, Henan 10 provinces (autonomous regions). Many areas that are not on this list have also begun to implement the policy on their own, such as Sichuan, Hunan, Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing, Shanghai, etc.

Purchase of agricultural machinery equipment related to the processing of straw, such as: straw baler, straw crusher, straw briquette machine, straw pellet machine, etc. Generally, on top of the agricultural machinery purchase subsidies issued by the state, the municipal or county government subsidizes an additional 30-50%. 2, straw three storage and utilization subsidies

3, straw comprehensive utilization of energy subsidies

Subsidy targets: agricultural enterprises.

Engaged in biomass fuel, ethanol, straw solid fuel and other straw energy production enterprises, such as biomass pellet production enterprises, can declare such subsidies.

4, straw crushing subsidies to the field

Subsidy targets: farmers and family farms, agricultural enterprises, farmers cooperatives and other new agricultural business entities.

Promote mechanical deep plowing and refinement of field return, straw rapid decomposition, bioreactor and other technologies to support the development of mechanized corn straw crushing, deep plowing and harrowing and pressing and other mechanized field return operations.

5, collection and storage center construction subsidies

Subsidy objects: townships, village enterprises or brokers

Subsidized areas: Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Shandong, Shanxi, Henan, Hebei, Jilin, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Jiangsu, Anhui, Sichuan, Hunan and other areas.

6、Other

Straw polysaccharide, straw starch, papermaking, panels, etc., can also declare their projects and get subsidized funds.
